Complete bellows welding verification in 4 steps
To help customers verify welding quality before bulk production, we offer free sample submission and testing. Once you provide the workpiece samples and drawing requirements, we will complete verification following this process:
- Step 1: Requirements Discussion. Confirm material (e.g., 304/316L), wall thickness, corrugation specifications, fitting types, and weld requirements.
- Step 2: Process trial weld. Clamp and position according to confirmed parameters, then perform laser circumferential seam trials; run multiple parameter comparisons if needed.
- Step 3: Inspection and Recording. Conduct visual inspection, dimension verification, and leak testing on the test weld samples, then record the corresponding process parameters.
- Step 4: Ship samples with test weld results. Confirm if they meet requirements, then discuss the mass production plan.
What documents do I need to prepare?
To improve trial welding efficiency, please provide material specifications, drawings or dimensional requirements, target weld types, and expected production volume with your samples. For special materials or thin wall thicknesses, we will discuss process feasibility before scheduling the trial.
